Collier’s Funeral Services - Over 100 years in business
Miller & Co. was the name associated with the Collier family for many years. Established in 1837, Robert C. Miller traded as a draper and undertaker in Bray. William Collier married Jane Miller, daughter of Robert, and eventually gained control of the business. Their only son, Thomas Miller Collier, came into the business in the early 1900s. Around 1928 the company started making its own coffins. In 1970 a funeral home was put in place.
